With no one rated over 1600, this is an exciting starter group. It is the right place to look for future talents, as opening preparation is still undeveloped at this age. The interst is quite high with players from many countries participating. After two rounds Bansi Prathima (IND), Alexandra Obolentseva (RUS) are among the better known players with full points.
