After the game Goran Urosevic made an extensive interview with Suat Atalik, the current leader of Valjevo 2007. GM Atalik is a really fantastic person, who kept on talking and talking until our battery went out. He shared that no matter that computers may give advantage for white at some stages, it is very difficult to play the game as white. That is why Pavasovic was losing so much time in calculations. Atalik said that Bh5 was the move that saved his opponent.
The conversation that we had was so long that even GM Topalov and Danailov, as well as the World Championship in Mexico, came up. Strangely enough, exactly tomorrow we have a scheduled interview with Mr. Danailov. Both interviews, by Mr. Atalik and by Mr. Danailov, will be ready by Monday, be sure to check them out.
Mihajlo, a fantastic chess player that very often works with the Chessdom team, was the man of the day. Stojanovic is from Valjevo and all the audience is strongly supporting him. He could not get out of the playing hall for about 15 minutes. Later he tried to have dinner, but nobody let him. Everybody wanted to shake hands with him and congratulate him.
Stojanovic had a really stable game, but most probably the mistakes came from Georgiev. Here we present you the detailed analysis by IM Kalin Karakehayov.
